Where we ship

We currently ship across India only.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on all orders within India. Prepaid orders get an extra 3% off, applied at the payment step.

Processing time

Every order is packed by hand and handed over to our courier partner, Delhivery, within 1 working day of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with your Delhivery tracking link, so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Address and delivery attempts

Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and phone number are complete and correct. The courier may call you before delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping; re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). See our Refund Policy for full details.
